Legal gambling really but in slower motion. Land is good especially in a hot area. I was looking to buy some land up in the mountains to build a cabin and was shocked at how much it has gone up in the past few years. I quit looking when my dad pointed out that I was due to inherit several acres and could just build this cabin on land I'm going to own anyway but it was informative to run some prices.

trust me, loki, i have a few investment plans right now. the money keeps piling up and i don't have the time to spend it on boozing lately, so i'm following the lead of my ridiculously wealthy boss. he's got more money than Shlongy! he's really given me some good advice and i've been waiting for someone really smart on the subject to give me pointers. i hadn't seen him for over a year, so i'm glad i was reunited with him. he's one of the coolest guys i've ever known.
i knew i had to start investing because i could easily drink away a hundred grand a year no problem. besides some high and medium risk investments, i'm planning on buying some land in a really hot spot and sitting on it for a while. i've been planning on buying in this one area for a long time now and i'm finally going to do it this year.
