it seems Michael Vick is out of the fire and into the frying pan with new allegations that he has ties to Al Queda and has purchased missles from Iran.

as if that's not bad enough, it is also alleged that Vick is in the business of illegal steroids, copyright infringement, identity theft, microwave testing on human beings, and USING DRUGS IN A SCHOOL ZONE.
he is being sued for "63,000,000,000,00 billion dollars backed by gold and silver".
now, i'm not sure if the guy has a leg to stand on here. especially on the copyright infringement. just because someone uses your name, it doesn't mean it's copyright infringement. you have to specifically copyright your name. it's not automatic. i should know; i had a similar suit open against bart because he was making hidden101 tshirts and mugs and selling them at a newsstand on State street here in Chicago. when i found out that he was selling them without my consent and also using my name to get laid ("hey baby, i know hidden101. i can introduce you to him if you agree to go on a date with me."), i decided to sue him for 84 HUNDRED BILLION TRILLION DOLLARS. my lawyer talked me down to ELEVENTY BILLION DOLLARS because he was afraid the suit would be viewed as frivilous.
i didn't win and bart continued to use my name to get laid and stuff, but one day i will have my revenge, mark my words.
on a separate note, it was my 26th birthday yesterday and not a single one of you wished me a happy birthday. i don't know why my birthday isn't a national holiday yet, but it should be. getting older sucks. i found hair in strange places on my body this morning.
well, i'm out, suckas! i'm going to pick up my brand spankin' new Jeep Wrangler i bought myself for my birthday. no one else buys me presents so i have to buy presents for myself and no one deserves presents more than yours truly.

I'm of the opinion that there is a good chance the filing clerks and judicial team where he files all his lawsuits are fully aware of his issues, and they probably read the lawsuits for giggles and then summarily dismiss them for whatever legal reason they have (no evidence, etc)

i was wondering the same thing. the man is clearly insane. you can't take away someone's right to file a lawsuit even if they are in jail. but i wonder where the law stands on someone that has been diagnosed as completely insane. could you deny someone like that the right to file a lawsuit? if i were Michael Vick, i'd have my lawyer counter by demanding the man have a complete psychological evaluation.

I say that because, as soon as he's out of the "Hot Water" he'll form a kick ass band that will revolutionize music, come clean, and say he was on drugs and that's what caused him to do all those awful things he did.
