Sarah was a happy girl. She had short blonde hair with a slight curl, lips that never seemed to stop smiling, and shining brown eyes. She stood in the kitchen of her fiance's house, cutting up vegetables for dinner, while she listened to her fiance and his brother and father taling in the loungeroom. She hummed a cute little tune, and didn't think about much.

She heard her name from the other room. She didn't take much notice.

"I don't know... She seems to be a little... too happy. And she never does any work." She heard her fiance's father say.

"She cooked dinner last week. And she's cooking dinner right now." Sarah smiled as the voice of her love filtered through to her.

"I think she should do more though," continued the father. "After all, she's here most of the time anyway."

Sarah heard no more, as she made up her mind to hum just a little louder.

As she sliced her knife through the potatoes, she couldn't help but think of slicing through a stomach. Cutting through the hard skin of a pumpkin, she could imagine breaking bones. A cut here, A slash there. A delicate spin with a knife in hand to drive it into sweet, soft flesh. All of these only took up a brief moment, just the second the knife connected. She did not dwell on it. She did not think to follow through. She just remained in her kitchen, allowing occasional glipses of fantasy trickle through.

When the men came in to collect their meals, she smiled at them all, not once wishing them any harm. When the father took a whole 5 minutes after everyone else had thanked her to do so, she just smiled, and told him he was welcome. Her fiance kissed her gently on the cheek and she smiled, genuine and warm. She turned the light off in the kitchen, and for a moment the walls flashed red.

But as the light was turned off, so did the fantasy disappear. Her mind returned to its customary clarity, with her none the worse for her moment of indulgence. No ill will, just an occasional unrestrained fancy.

Wow a JohnGalt sighting!!!

Could have been longer but for some reason something about this
is recognizable.

We've all kind of been in hiding lately. What's the deal?

I think this would stand alone well without a series with just a little more into it.

Your posts are much more readable and enjoyable when you include a picture of your tits.

I like your nick JohnGalt - are you a fan of Ayn Rand?

Not a bad start, but it's too short. Also, she should kill the brother for being a pointless accessory who doesn't say anything.

It was originally meant to be, but now I don't know if I can come up with enough ideas to make it worthwhile. My mojo dissipates quickly... :( I miss you mojo...

This has potential to spill into a series, if you're able/willing. Are you gonna?

Yeah, I've had this idea for a while, but I probably shouldn't have written it tonight. Wasn't really feeling it. Had some awesome imagery before though...

Congrats! Usually when someone gets married they pack them on. Way to set the new standard.

I did not like this. It failed to adequatly (<----note that word) communicate it's message to me.

I do worry that that may be my problem, but in this particular instance I am willing to believe it may not be.

Short like a dwarf indeed, but somewhat more enjoyable.

Short. Like a dwarf.
