Good points, but I generally attribute the decline in traffic to people like you.
You really contribute nothing of value to the site and then you go out of your way to ruin other people's good times. Worst of all is, you are surrounded by other idiots so that you think you're fooled into thinking that you're funny, intelligent, and generally something other than an annoying little shit.
There's always been a harshness to Ubersite that has been part of its charm, but it used to be that when a stupid shit like you would show up, we could wait it out and the site would go back to being good again after a few days. Lately, as in the last year or two, dipshits like you not only come here in higher volumes, but you refuse to leave and are more adamant about your mediocrity.
Sure, I can ban you again, but what good is that really? I can't ban all the stupid fucks who create accounts here and you obviously aren't getting any more intelligent. Idiots attract more idiots and the site spirals out of control in the wrong direction.
The main problem here is similar to that in many other situations - the morons make significantly more noise than the intelligent people. Think of things like Bill O'Reilly, the religious right, popup ads, and that really annoying guy at work / school who thinks he's your good friend while all you think about the whole time he's talking is that you would push him out the 11th floor window if there was even a remote chance that you wouldn't get caught.
There are ways of improving the situation that I haven't hide time to build. They are somewhat contrary to the current philosophy of Ubersite, but you have unfortunately forced my hand, so to speak.
You should be careful what you ask for. The whole purpose of the changes I would like to put in place is to get rid of people like you.
